Abstract
In order to complete the load simulation requirement for endurance test of a vehicle steering cylinder, the method of hydraulic servo loading on both sides of the steering cylinder is presented. The structure without real tires and gravity load simulation system, is simpler than before. The principle of the method is discussed, and the mathematical model of coupled relation between the steering cylinders' hydraulic servo position system and the loading system is set up. The results of simulation and test show that the cylinder load simulation method can meet the requirements of endurance test.关键词
