摘要

Abstract

According to the current situation of the temperature sensor digitalization and the thermometer, a digital thermometer based on 51 series MCU is researched and designed this paper. The core of digital thermometer control circuit is the 8D-bit single-chip microcomputer AT89C51 in ATMEL 51 series. The new singleline digital temperature sensor DS18B20 is adopted in the temperature sensor. It does not require a dedicated A/D conversion circuit to achieve the temperature transform from analog to digital, and is directly connected with the single-chip microcomputer. There is four-figure LED serial dynamic display in the display section of the system. The output signal of 74LS373 is taken as figure drive signal and segment drive signal for LED. The temperature acquisition, processing and real-time display were realized in the digital thermometer. The temperature control of the temperature detection system was also achieved.
