云南省种公猪精液中乙型脑炎病毒的监测
Surveillance of Japanese encephalitis virus in boar semen in Yunnan Province
摘要
Abstract
The infection of Japanese encephalitis virus ( JEV) in boar semen in Yunnan province was surveyed by RT-PCR. The JEV prm gene products from positive samples were cloned, sequenced and done alignment and phylogenetic analysis with known representative strains. 7 samples were demonstrated to be positive in 797 boar semen samples from 16 municipalities in Yunnan province. The positive rate was 0. 88%. The identities of nucleotide sequences of viral prm genes from the positive semen sample were 97. 5% -98. 8% with JEV genotype I strains, 76. 9% -89. 8% with other genotype strains, and 89. 1 % -89. 8% with the vaccine strain ( genotype Ⅲ) , respectively. The JEV isolates from boars in Yunnan province belonged to genotype I and had close genetical relationship with JEV genotype I strains isolated from human, swine and mosquito.关键词
