Abstract
Objective To construct and identify the recombinant mycobacterium smegmatis{ rM. S )which can secrete and express the exogenous antigen, namely dermatophagoides pteronyssinus antigen Der p2. Methods The identified PCW - Der p2 plasmid was transformed into M. S by the electroporation technology. And the expression of target gene in rM. S was identified by PCR technology. Results Through the identification by PCR,PCW - Der p2 plasmid was successfully transformed into M. S. Conclusion Der p2 - rM. S,which can express foreign protein through the secretory way,is constructed successfully.关键词
