摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the value of multi - slice spiral CT( MSCT )and 3D reconstruction in the diagnosis of foreign bodies in digestive tract. Methods A retrospective analysis was made in X - ray examination and MSCT and 3D reconstruction imaging manifestation among 20 cases of ingested metal foreign bodies in digestive tract in our hospital. Results MSCT and 3D reconstruction displayed directly the accurate position of the foreign body and whether there were perforation and conglutination with the surrounding organs. Conclusion Conventional X - ray examination combined with MSCT and 3D reconstruction are helpful to the accurate positioning of the foreign body and judgment of the relationship with the surrounding organs,which has important value in the selectionof clinical treatment scheme.关键词
