摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare and analyze the disease detection rate in the health examination of military middle - aged and senile cadres from Chengdu city in order to discuss the incidence changes of main chronic diseases in this population between the years of 2006 and 2010. Methods Analysis and comparison were made in the annual health examination results of the subjects above between the years of 2006 and 2010. Analysis was made in the morbidity rate of hypertension, chronic bronchitis, coronary heart disease, hyperlipidemia, hyperuricemia and diabetes. And analysis of each disease was made according to different age groups of 45 -54,55-64,65 - 74,75 - 84 and 85 - year - old. Results The detection rates of hypertension, chronic bronchitis, coronary heart disease,hyperlipidemia,hyperuricemia and diabetes in 2006 were 39% ,27. 5% ,26. 1% ,41.4% , 12. 3% andl4. 0% .respectively. In 2010,the detection rates of those diseases were 50. 7% ,35. 9% ,30. 4% ,67. 4% ,24. 2% and 21. 1% .respectively. The differences between the two years were very significant P < 0. 01 ). Except the detection rate of hyperlipidemia and hyperuricemia, that of other diseases increased with the growth of age. Conclusion The morbidity rate of chronic diseases among the military middle - aged and senile cadres has a tendency of increasing and may increase with the growth of age. It is suggested that health care in this population should be strengthened.关键词
