荧光光度法结合固相萃取测定亚硝酸盐
Determination of Nitrite by Spectrofluorimetry with Solid-phase Extraction

Abstract
An efficient solid-phase extraction column was fabricated using graphene as adsorbent. Some factors affecting the extraction efficiency were studied. Fluorescent production was produced after 8-( 3' , 4' -diaminophenyl) -difluoroboradiaza-s-indacene as fluorescent probe reacted with nitrite in aqueous medium at 30 °C for IS min. A new spectrofluorimetry method was developed for the sensitive determination of nitrite after extracting nitrite derivative. The response was a linear function of concentration in the range of 0.2 -200 nmol/L. The detection limit was calculated to be 0.08 nmol/L ( RSN = 3 ). The proposed method was used to determine the content of nitrite in food samples with the recoveries of 94.0% ~ 110.4%.关键词
