超声波辅助提取柑橘皮色素的工艺研究
Extraction Technology of Pigment from Orange Peel by Ultrasonic

Abstract
Peel of orange as material, the optimum parameters in extraction technology of pigment from orange peel by ultrasoni were determined through single factor test and orthogonal test. The CHC13 as solvent, the optimal process conditions for orange peel extraction was that the ratio of solid to liquid ( weight of organe peel: volume of CHC13) was 1:20(g/mL)l: 15(g/mL) , extraction time was 1 rain and 1.5 min , the temperature was 30 °C. The effects of every factors on extraction pigment from orange peel from big to small was solid/liquid ratio > extraction time > extraction temperature. The extraction process compared with traditional extraction was fast and efficient, and does not affect the nature of the pigment.关键词
