托吡酯联合丙戊酸钠治疗小儿癫痫的临床疗效观察

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of topiramate (TPM) combined with sodium valproate (VAP) in the treatment of children epilepsy. Method: One hundred and twenty-six children with epilepsy were randomly divided into three groups: TPM group received TPM from 0. 5 ～ 1.0 mg/ (kg · D) gradually increased to 4 ～ 8 mg/ (kg · D) , 2 times per day. VAP group received VAP from 10 ～ 15 mg/ (kg · D) gradually increased to 20 ～ 40 mg/ (kg · D), 3 times per day. Combination group received TPM and VAP, the dose and administration was the same above. Results; The total effective ratio of combination group was 95. 2% , significant better than those of topiramate group (81. 0% ) and sodium valproate group (78. 6% ) (P >0. 05). The adverse reaction included abnormal feeling, gastrointestinal disorders, weight changes, and lethargy. There was no significant difference of incidence of adverse drug reaction among three groups (P > 0. 05). Conclusion: The clinical effect of topiramate combined with sodium valproate in the treatment of children epilepsy was significant, better than single drug therapy and should be worthy of clinical application.关键词
