摘要
Abstract
Objective; To explore the expression of adiponectin receptors and the relations between the color -ectal cancer and the influence of colorectal cancer. Methods: Immunohistochemical staining was performed to de -tect the expression of adiponectin receptors in colorectal adenocarcinoma (n=46) and normal controls (n=46) , Image analysis software was used for semiquantitative assessment . Results: Adiponectin receptor 1 and Adiponectin receptor 2 were expressed in cell membranes and cytoplasm of glandular cell of normal colorectal tissue equally , Normal colorectal epithelial cells show tan-brown expression, Colorectal tumor cells show buff-tan expression. A- mong adenocarcinoma group and normal control group , 78. 3% and 96. 7% displayed positive expression of Adi-poR1, 76. 1% and 96. 7% displayed positive expression of AdipoR2 respectively. Adiponectin receptor positive expression in colorectal carcinomas group was significantly lower than in normal control group . (P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01). Conclusion; Adiponectin may exert some effects on colorectal cancer cells directly through adiponectin re -ceptors, So as to promote the colorectal cancer occurrence and development.关键词
