Abstract

Focusing on the problems of equipment's idle running, longer preheating period, water waste in maintenance, short of cooling water and steam condensate recycling systems, discontinuous production run in the primary processing line, the following measures were taken under the prerequisite of maintaining processing quality: l)to start up tobacco feeder later than its down-stream machine;2)optimizing the mode of equipment preheating; 3) improving the control mode of cooling water for vacuum conditioner; 4) recycling cooling water and steam condensate; 5)improving the discharge device in cut tobacco silo. As a result, 552000 kg of softened water, 16314000 kg of city water, 506754.12 kWh of electric power and 627300 kg of steam were saved, 5244000 kg steam condensate was reclaimed per year valued more than 590 thousand RMB yuan.
