Research on Knowledge Diffusion through Individual Strategies
摘要
Abstract
In this paper, the influence of the individual strategies and the structure of the network on knowledge diffusion within the organization is analyzed via a intra-firm knowledge-diffusion model, in which the organization is modeled as a small-world network. Through the computational experiments, we find that the individuals who diffuse knowledge voluntarily play an important role for knowledge diffusion, and the small world network is suitable for knowledge diffusion. The time interval of changing strategies has a great impact on knowledge diffusion when the network scale is small. The results of the experiments in this paper may provide useful implications for improving knowledge transfer within the organization.关键词
