摘要

Abstract

Comprehensive performance of foam filled metal plate heat exchanger was experimental studied using air as medium. Heat transfer efficiency and pressure loss of plate heat exchanger filling foam metal of different hole density was mainly researched. The results show that using air as medium for plate heat exchanger, when filled with foam metal, heat transfer efficiency is significantly improved with less pressure loss and pressure loss increases with the hole density. The research results will have an important practical value in designing and manufacturing light and efficient heat exchanger.
