摘要

Abstract

The basic principle of the online leak sealing technology was briefly described, two basic functions and eight design criteria of flange clamps for pressure equipment. The thickness calculation formula of local flange clamps were proposed based on the torque theory of the bent beam. Local flange clamps design steps of the online leak sealing for pressure equipment; surveying leaking media; surveying leaking flange; local flange clamp structural design and enhance sealing structure design, thickness design and clamp materials selection are discussed.
