Abstract
Objective Discussion on team cooperation in hospital outpatient information construction practice and experience. Methods In the outpatient doctor workstation line, carry out card, run queuing system in the whole process, through the convening of the mobilization of the general assembly and the functions of the department coordination, agree up and down, make clear duty, division of labor and cooperation, discussion has occurred or may occur in a wide variety of issues, put forward to answer measure, adjust process, problem solving. Results Effective mobilized of resources, improved patient satisfaction, standardized the management of outpatient clinic, enhanced the work efficiency. Conclusion Outpatient information construction is a complex systems engineering, only the upper and lower make concerted efforts, give full play to the team spirit of collaboration in order to ensure the smooth progress of the project.关键词
