Abstract
Objective To enhance equipment use efficiency and map out infection control measures on the basis of analyzing and evaluating the present situation of construction and management of the operating room in primary hospital. Methods The operating room air samples were conducted by statistical analysis of the bacterial concentration, which was monitored by the depositing method and airborne bacteria method. Results In depositing method, of the 206 air samples detected from clean operating room, the qualified rate was 44.7% in the clean operating area and 71.8% in surrounding area; of the 168 air samples from general operating room, the qualified rate was 97.6%. In airborne bacteria method, of the 189 air samples detected from clean operating room, the qualified rate was 52.9% in clean operation area and 70.9% in surrounding area; of the 32 air samples from general operating room, the qualified rate was 71.8%. Conclusion The qualified rate of air samples is low in primary hospital, so it is suggested that related management system should be built to administrate operating room, and the management ability of the equipment operators should be emphasized.关键词
