Abstract
The reason of poor color depth of dyed polyester fabrics was introduced. Polyester fabrics were treated to improve the color depth using low refractive deepening agent, which could reduce the refractive index of polyester to light and improve the color depth of dyed fabric. Through orthogonal experiment design, the recipe and process conditions of deepening finish was optimized: the dosage of deepening agent 50 g/L, baking temperature 180 ℃, baking time 90 s. The apparent color depth of finished fabrics reached 28.89, and the sublimating fastness was improved. However, the absorbance wavelength and the hue were unchanged.关键词
