摘要

Abstract

We use carbon fiber as conductive element materials and sodium carboxy methyl cellulose ( CMC ) as dispersant for preparing carbon fiber concrete with the good conductivity. Using the scanning electron microscopy ( SEM) , the microstructure and carbon fiber distributions in the cross section of the specimen are observed to evaluate the dispersibility of the carbon fiber in concrete. The effect of water-binder ratio, carbon fiber volume ratio and curing period on the concrete conductivity is studied. The results show that CMC can improve the carbon fiber distribution in concrete. The carbon fiber volume ratio and water-binder ratio are the main factors influencing the concrete conductivity. When the water-binder ratio is 0. 6 and carbon fiber volume ratio is 0. 62% , the resistivity of the carbon fiber concrete is less than 0. 20 ft · M, which can meet the technical requirment of the grounding resistance reduction.
