侧脑室微量注射Intermedin1-47对大鼠血流动力学的影响
Influence of Intermedin1-47 on Hemodynamic by Lateral Ventricle Injection in Rats
摘要
Abstract
0bJ6Ctive To explore the influence of low dose intermedinl -47 fragment by lateral ventricle injection on hemody-namic of central nervous system in normal rats. Methods Anaesthetic rats were given low doses of intermedinl-47 intracere-broventricularly(ICV) ,then blood pressure,heart rates,left ventricular developed pressure and ± LVdp/dt^ of them were monitored after 45 min. Results The ICV injection of intermedinl -47 with different doses caused a dose and time dependent increasing in mean arterial pressure,heart rates,left ventricular developed pressure and ±LVdp/dt in rats. The CNS reaction caused by intermedinl-47 could be blocked by phentolamine and metoprolol. Conclusion Intermedinl-47 may be an important regulatory factor of cardiovascular function in rats.关键词
