多层螺旋CT对小肠间质瘤的诊断价值

摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT) in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal stro-mal tumor( GISTs). Methods The MSCT features and pathology characteristics of 23 patients with GISTs confirmed by surgical pathology were analyzed retrospectively. AH patients were underwent plain or contrast enhanced CT scan. Results The results demonstrated that 14 cases were highly malignant and 9 cases were low malignant in 23 cases of tumors,and the location of tumors were duodenum,jejunum, ileum in 9,8,6 cases,respectively. The low malignant tumors were showed as spherical and oval with with clear margin. The low malignant tumors were oval or irregular with obscure margin, necrotic and liquefied areas were observed within tumors. The former appeared homogeneous enhancement in arterial phase and continue enhancement in venous phase. The latter appeared inhomogeneous, the degree was lower than low malignancy. Conclusion The location and malignant degree of stromal tumors could be accurately judged with MSCT, which could provide a valuable basis for clinical treatment.关键词
