Abstract
ObJ8Ctive To evaluate the clinical efficacy of trans-centrale perilunar dislocation treated with manipulative reduction and open reduction combined internal fixation. Methods From May 2007 to January 2011,13 patients with trans-centrale perilunar dislocation were treated with manipulative reduction and open reduction combined internal fixation. RGSUltS All patients were followed up from 6 months to 4 years with an average of 24 months. According to clinical scoring system of Cooney ,the scores were excellent in 4 cases,good in 6 cases,fair in 2 cases,poor in one case,and the fine rate was 76.9%. Conclusion Manipulative reduction and open reduction combined internal fixation could effectively recovery anatomy reduction of wrist centrale fracture in treatment of trans-centrale perilunar dislocation, and profit to recovery the blood supply of lunate and proximal centrale,as well as the wrist on axis. The function of wrist was well recoverd postoperation,the efficacy would be more excellent if the injure could be treated earlier.关键词
