摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the MSCT and pathological manifestations of parotid pleomorphic adenoma. Methods The features of MSCT in 25 patients with parotid pleomorphic adenoma confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results The MSCT of 25 cases were all showed well-defined margin and higher density than that of normal parotid gland,and in which the form of 18 cases were round or elliptical,the other 7 cases were lobulated,16 cases were uniform density, the other 9 cases were inhomogeneous in density. After progressive enhancement by contrast administration, uniform enhancement were showed in 16 cases, annuliform enhancement were showed in 9 cases. Conclusion Parotid pleomorphic adenoma was characterized as a mass with well-defined margin and homogeneous or inhomogeneous density in MSCT and progressive enhancement after contrast administration.关键词
