对TiO2亲水特性有决定性影响的物理因素
Physical characteristics affecting superhydryphilicity behavior of TiO2 films
摘要
Abstract
Physical characteristics that impact superhydrophilicity behavior of TiO2 films include surface morphology of thin films, surface roughness and agglomerate size. In this paper, TiO2 films were prepared by electron beam evaporating method, and analyzed by AFM and static contact angle system. We found that, comparing to surface roughness and agglomerate size, surface morphology plays more important role in the superhydrophilicity behavior of TiO2 films.关键词
