新型标志物HAb18G/CD147在大样本胃癌组织中的表达研究
Expression of HAb18G/CD147 in large sample of gastric cancer tissue specimen

Abstract
Objective To study the expression of HAbl8G/CD147 in gastric carcinoma and its correlation with clinicopathological characteristics. Methods A tissue microarray was constructed with 552 specimens of gastric carcinoma and 100 paracancerous normal mucosal tissue specimens were served as control. The expression and localization of HAbl8G/CD147 was examined by immunohistochemistry. Patients were followed for 12 -72 months. Results HAbl8G/CD147 were located on cell membrane. The expression rate of HAbl8G/CD147 in gastric carcinoma was significantly higher than that in the paracancerous normal mucosal tissue (63% vs 55%). The high expression of HAbl8G/CD147 in gastric carcinoma was closely related with tumor size, Borrmann type, Lauren classification, depth of invasion, lymph lode metastasis and TNM stage (P<0.05), but was not correlated with age, gender, location of tumor, degree of differentiation, vessel invasion and distant metastasis(P>0.Q5). Short-term survival after operation was correlated significantly with expression of HAbl8G/CD147 (P=0.023). Conclusions Expression of HAbl8G/CD147 is closely correlated with the aggressive behavior and prognosis of gastric carcinoma. It might be used as a biomarker for predicting clinically the poor biological behavior of gastric carcinoma.关键词
