9例原发性血小板增多症患者的影像学分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the imaging findings of patients with essential thrombocythemia (ET) for improving the understanding of ET and to avoid misdiagnosis. Methods A retrospective analysis of the imaging findings of 9 patients with ET was performed and literature was reviewed for studying the etiology and pathological features of ET. Results Of the 9 patients, sigmoid sinus thrombosis and cerebral infarction each occurred separately in 1 case; 2 cases had portal vein cavernous transformation;! Case had bone marrow signal abnormalities and morphological changes of bladder; mediastinal lymph nodes enlargement was seen in 2 cases; and 2 cases had simple splenomegaly. Conclusions Imaging findings in ET patients are complex and diverse. When imaging studies reveals thrombosis, bleeding, enlargement of lymph node and splenomegaly, ET should be suspected.关键词
