摘要

Abstract

12 bulls( Yanbian cattle, Yanhang cattle and Simmental )were selected and divided into two groups, lite control group were given zinc sulfate,sodium selenite and vitamin E. All bulls were under the same circumstance,drinking and feeding freely. The experiment lasted 30 days, the dry matter intake (DMI), semen volume per ejaculate (VOL) and semen quality were measured. At the time of the experiment beginning and end,blood were collected, contents of related ions,hormone and enzymes in blood were determined. Results display that zinc sulfate, sodium selenite and vitamin E supplement can relieve the adverse effect of heat stress.
