摘要

Abstract

A novel robust dispatch approach under uncertain operating conditions was proposed in this paper. In the paper, the characteristic of robust dispatch was revealed by the definition of robust dispatch as the capability of making immunity decision to system uncertain operating conditions with current available information. A general model of robust dispatch was developed in the context, and the scenario bundle constraints in the model were considered to make robust dispatch different from a combination of deterministic dispatch models, and connect the different scenarios of robust dispatch. Three key problems of robust dispatch which should be further studied were also introduced in the paper, and they are scenario generation and selection, robust dispatch modeling and solution, and the numerical economic analysis of robust dispatch. In the end, the efficiency of robust dispatch was illustrated by the modeling of advance dispatch considering equivalent load uncertainty and corresponding test results.
