高压流化床鼓泡流化特性的冷态实验研究
Experimental Study on Bubbling Fluidization Properties of Pressurized Fluidized Bed at Room Temperature

Abstract
An experimental study of the influence of pressure on minimum fluidization and bubbling velocity (umf, umb), bed expansion height (H), average bed voidage at minimum fluidization and bubbling velocity (εmf, εmb), and dense phase voidage (εD) was carried out in a bubbling fluidized bed with an inner diameter of 90mm in the range of operating absolute pressure 0.1~4.5MPa with silica sand of four particle size ranges 0.15~0.17, 0.2~0.22 (Geldart A material), 0.36~0.4, 0.4~0.45 mm (Geldart B material). The results show that for Geldart B material umf reduces with rising pressure rapidly at first and gently later on; however, there is no influence of pressure on umf for Geldart A material. It is found that the bed expansion height increases with the increasing of pressure for fixed value of fluidization velocity whilst εmf is unaffected from Geldart B to A material. For Geldart A material umb, εmb and εD are found to increase obviously with pressure. In the experiment the average diameter 0.385 mm Geldart B material exhibits Geldart A material characteristics at high pressure; it is useful for the design of the pressurized fluidized bed reactor.关键词
