摘要

Abstract

Aiming at frequent tube explosion problems of the No.3 Soviet-made "T" type 670 t/h boiler in Zhangze Power Plant, some measures were taken such as adjusting the furnace outlet temperature, lowering the flame center, decreasing the thermal deviation and intensifying the inspection of heating surface of boiler tubes. Resorting to such methods, the maximum continuous operation time extends from 186 days to 638 days that gets remarkable economic benefits and social benefits.
