Abstract
The application test of calcium-based waste of soda ash production (commonly known as white mud) in a 2 × 420 t/h coal-fired boiler flue gas desulphurization system was carried out, and the study found that its desulfurization capacity is better than limestone, and it can improve the flexibility and economy of the system. The results of chemical analysis shows that the content of CaCO3 in white mud is lower than in limestone, but the alkalescency, MgO, Cl- and the activity of white mud are higher than limestone. The contents of water and Cl- in the gypsum from white mud slurry are higher than the gypsum from limestone slurry, and there are some differences in their color and microstructure, but the other chemical ingredients are similar.关键词
