康复期精神分裂症患者幽默感与应对方式的相关研究

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the sense of humor and coping styles in patients with schizophrenia, and provide a basis for the development of the intervention plan with more pertinences. Methods-Ninety-four cases of schizophrenia in rehabilitation period received the survey by using multidimensional sense of humor scale, humorous style scale and stress coping style questionnaire. Results: (1) The scores of aggressive type of humor scale were statistically significant in patients with different gender (t = 3. 125, P<0. 05). The coping styles in 94 patients had no statistical difference with gender, age, course of disease and level of education. (2) The overall sense of humor had a positive correlation with the avoidant coping and coping task (r=0. 272, r = 0. 363, P< 0. 01). The affinitive humor had a negative correlation with emotional coping (r= -0. 230, P<0. 01). The aggressive humor had a positive correlation with emotional coping (r=0. 419, P<0. 01). Conclusion; The gender had effect in schizophrenic patients on aggressive type of humor. The patients with strong sense of humor were more likely to adopt avoidant coping and coping style. The patients good at using affinity humor occasionally used emotional coping style, and patients with aggressive humor more often used emotional coping style.关键词
