摘要

Abstract

Objective:Using ELISA to detect the Mycobacterium tuberculosis culture filtrate protein 10(CFP10) and early secretory target antigen 6000(ESAT-6) in CSF, assess its diagnosing value of the early diagnose of tubercular meningitis (TBM) . Metll-odS;The CSF of 102 patients was collected,46 of them were clinic diagnosed as TBM, 56 of them were not. Using specific antigen ELISA kit to detect CFP10 and ESAT-6 in the cerebrospinal fluid stoste and the dialysis bag enrichment ten times of cerebrospinal fluid concentrate, respectively. Results:Cerebrospinal fluid stoste CFP10 detection TBM sensitivity was 13.04%, specific degrees for 100. 00% , ESAT-6 of sensitivity was 13. 04% , specific degrees of 100. 00% . Concentrated Cerebrospinal fluid, the sensitivity of CFP10 was 78. 26% , specificity of it was 96.42%; the sensitivity and specificity of ESAT-6 were 76.09% and 98. 18%. Conclusions: Using the dialysis to concentrate samples can increase the sensitivity of using specific antigen ELISA to detect the CFP10 and ESAT-6 in the CSF, it is a brief and fast method to diagnose TBM, also has great meaning in the early diagnosis of TBM.
