摘要

Abstract

Objective:To study the expression of IL-23 in model of asthma in asthmatic mice. Methods:Mouse models were established and divided into two groups, normal control group and asthma group. The levels of IL-23 in serum were detected by ELISA, the levels of IL-23pl9mRNA and IL-23pl9 protein in lung tissue were detected respectively by RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry. Spleen T lymphocytes were isolated and cultivated in vitro. The levels of IL-23pl9mRNA and IL-23pl9 protein in T lymphocytes were detected respectively by RT-PCR and Western blot. Results:Compare to normal control group, the level of IL-23 in serum was higher in asthma group (P<0. 01) , the levels of IL-23pl9mRNA and IL-23pl9 protein in lung tissues were higher in asthma group(P<0. 01) , and the levels of IL-23pl9mRNA and IL-23pl9 protein in spleen T lymphocytes was higher in asthma group(P<0. 01) . Conclusion: IL-23 may involve in the pathogenesis of asthma, and may have influence on T lymphocytes.
