Abstract
[Objective] To explore the value of fiberoptic bronchoscopy in diagnosis and treatment of untypical bronchial foreign bodies. [Methods] The clinical date of twelve patients with untypical bronchial foreign bodies performed fiberoptic bronchoscopy were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital from 2007 to 2009. [Results] The foreign bodies were varied and mainly were plants (60%), and the usual chest tomography showed atypical. The obstruction site due to bony foreign bodies and metalic foreign bodies could be exactly scanned by three -dimensional reconstructed images of chest CT. All the bronchial foreign bodies were seen under fiberoptic bronchoscopy and taken away from the bronchi by biopsy forceps and alligator forceps, and the success rate was 100%. [Conclusion] Fiberoptic bronchoscopy is important in the diagnosis and treatment of untypical bronchial foreign bodies, and the detailed history and accessory examination such as scanning with three -dimensional reconstructed images of chest CT are also important.关键词
