摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To evaluate the application of microchannel percutaneous nephrostomy for treating ureteral complications after renal transplantation. [Methods] After renal transplantation, microchannel percutaneous nephrostomy was performed in 5 cases with ureteral fistula, 2 cases with ureteral stricture and 2 cases with ureteral stones, respectively. Among the 9 cases, 2 cases with ureteral stricture underwent double-J stenting and 2 cases with ureteral stones underwent percutaneous nephrolithotomy with double-J stenting simultaneously. After the whole and local conditions were improved, the decision could be made whether to do two-stage operation according to the imaging. [Results] Two patients with ureteral fistula and one patient with ureteral stricture were cured after adequate drainage. One with ureteral fistula underwent ureteroureteral anastomsis to self ureter. Two patients with ureteral fistula and one case with ureteral stricture underwent ureteric reimplantation. After the double-J stent was removed, ureteral obstruction was not found in the cases with ureteral stones. Operations were performed successfully in all the patients. The serum creatinine levels reduced in 9 patients in different degree. Recurrence was not found within 4~79 months follow-up. [Conclusion] MicroChannel percutaneous nephrostomy is a safe and effective proce-dure for treating ureteral complications after renal transplantation. It may avoid open surgery or provide a favorable operation chance for open surgery.关键词
