Abstract
[Objective] The aim of this study was to evaluate the feasibility of extraperitoneal laparoseopic lym-phadenectomy for cervical and endometrial carcinoma. [Methods] Laparoseopic extraperitoneal lymph node dissection was performed in 3 patients. One patient affected by stage Ha cervical cancer and two patients affected by stage la- Ib endometrial carcinoma. The technique, extraperitoneal laparoseopic lymphadenertomy using a procedure of detachment of the extraperitoneal space with CO2 insufflation, was described. [Results] One patient had peritoneal tears causing C02 gas leakage, and 2 patients successfully finished extraperitoneal laparoseopic pelvic lymphadenec-tomy. The operation time was 72 min and 50 min, and the estimated blood loss was 200 mL and 100 mL. The total number of resected nodes was 31 and 14, and no patients had lymph node metastasis. Lymphocyst was observed in one patient, no other intraoperative and postoperative complications occurred. [Conclusion] Extraperitoneal laparoseopic lymphadenectomy is a feasible procedure.关键词
