胸腔镜交感神经切断术治疗手汗症的临床研究
Evaluation of endoscopic thoracic sympathectomy for palmar hyperhidrosis

Abstract
[Objective] To summarize the experience on 106 cases endoscopic thoracic sympathectomy for ten years. [Methods] Clinical materials of T2-T4 sympathectomy under thoracoscope for treating palmar hyperhidrosis from March 2000 to March 2010 were analyzed. [Results] All the 106 cases were successfully operated on. Follow up observations in 102 cases for 6 to 36 months showed one recurrence (1%), quite a seasoning in one patient's hands (1%). Compensatory hyperhidrosis was found in 23 cases (22.5%). [Conclusion] Endoscopic thoracic sympathectomy is a micro-invasive, safe and effective treatment for palmar hyperhidrosis.关键词
