摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate clinic value of visual aids in patients with retinitis pigmentosa ( RP ) . Methods We analyzed the prevalence of genealogy of a RP pedigree, and compared the visual acuity before and after using visual aids. Results Twelve patients were diagnosed with retinitis pigmentosa in this four - generation family, among which there were three patients whose daily visual acuity was ≤0. 12. After wearing the glasses -type distant visual aids with magnification of 2. 8 x 2. 8, the three patients' visual rehabilitation reached 0. 4, 0. 4 and 0. 6 respectively, roughly getting rid of the trouble resulting from low vision. Conclusion Visual aids could improve visual acuity and life quality of patients with retinitis pigmentosa, and its clinic value should be emphasized.关键词
