衡阳市居民对社区卫生服务的知晓及利用现状研究

Abstract
Objective To understand the acquaintance and utilization of community health service by residents in Hengyang city, and to investigate the influential factors, so as to provide some a basis for further establishment of relevant polices of community health service. Methods By using multiphase sampling method, 600 randomly - enrolled residents in Hengyang City were investigated through questionnaire survey. Results The residents' rate of acquaintance and utilization of community health service were 81. 5% and 28. 3% respectively. Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that the more the function of community health service they knew, the higher the rate of utilization of community health service they got ( Spearman's rank correlation coefficient was -0. 330, P =0. 000 ). Multivariate analysis showed that the age, career, time needed on foot to get to community health service site, medical service organization nearest from the family, and the residents' acquaintance on the community health service influenced to some extent the utilization of community health services. Conclusion In order to improve the residents' utilization of community health service, it is necessary to propagandize the community health service to community residents , to rationally allocate the health resource and to improve the accessibility of community health service.关键词
