Job Evaluation Model in UK National Health System:Implications for Community Health Service in China

Abstract
Job evaluation is the premise and basis of post management and also the main tool for ensuring the internal compensation equity in community health care organizations. The UK National Health Service ( NHS ), after many years of practice and revisions, has gradually formed a mature system of job evaluation. By introducing the background, establishment, indicator system, and implementation of the job evaluation model in UK NHS, we tried to provide some useful information for the further improvement of job evaluation among community health care organizations in China.关键词
