慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者自我管理现状及其影响因素研究
Current Status of Self-Management in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and the Influential Factors
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the current status of self - management in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ( COPD ) and the influential factors. Methods The multistage stratified cluster sampling method was used to obtain the sample in Hunan Province, and 450 participants of 9 hospitals in 3 cities were recruited. Self - Management Scale ( SMS ) for patients with COPD edited by ourselves were used to collect the data. Results The average SMS score of patients with COPD was ( 152.52 ± 28.71 ). And the influential factors were economic burden, education level and course of disease. Conclusion The self - management level of patients with COPD is not so bad, and its influential factors are economic bur-关键词
