"送康复服务上门"服务模式对社区残疾人群康复效果的评价研究
Impact of Outreach Rehabilitation Service on Community Disabled Residents
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the impact of outreach rehabilitation service on the community disabled residents. Methods The scores the Self - rated Health Measurement Scale ( SRHMS ) were rated among 278 community disabled residents before and after the delivery of outreach rehabilitation service. The social and economic benefits and the subjects' satisfaction of the outreach rehabilitation service were measured. Results The total SRHMS score and the subscale scores of physiological health, mental health, and social health significantly increased six months after the delivery of outreach rehabilitation service ( P < 0. 05 ) . The average monthly visits, visiting time and medical expenses, and daily nursing time by family members decreased after provision of the service ( P <0. 001 ) . The subjects' satisfaction towards the service as a whole and of each service - related item ( content, mode, attitude, quality, frequency, and effect ) ranged 95. 68% ~ 98. 92% . Conclusion The outreach rehabilitation service can effectively improve the quality of life of disabled residents in the community and thus yield positive social and economic benefits.关键词
