摘要
Abstract
Chronic heart failure is a complex clinical syndromes. In the drugs used, diuretic can fully and effectively control the fluid retention in the body of the patients, but more often than not the phenomenon of chronic heart failure with diuretic resistance can arise. This article reviews the research development in clinic about the occurring mechanism and treatment strategies on chronic heart failure accompanying diuretic resistance.关键词
