影响肠系膜静脉血栓预后的相关因素分析
Prognostic Factors in Patients with Mesenteric Venous Thrombosis

Abstract
Objective To study the prognostic factors in patients with mesenteric venous thrombosis. Methods Clinical data of 38 MVT patients admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Hebei United University from 1995 to 2008 were retrospectively analyzed , including sex, age, clinical features, disease history, assistant examination and treatment. The mortality rates of 30 days and 2 years survival rate were recorded. Related factors were analyzed by FISHER exact test and Cox Proportional Hazard Model. Results Prognostic factors for 30 days mortality rate were surgical operation and colonic ischemia, while prognostic factor for 2 years survival rate was small intestine < 100 cm. Conclusion Short - term survival rate is associated with operation and colonic ischemia. While long - term survival rate is associated with small intestine < 100 cm.关键词
