摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical value of single beat real - time three - dimensional echocardiography ( sRT - 3DE ) in the diagnosis of atrial septal defects ( ASD ) . Methods Conventional echocardiography and sRT - 3DE were performed in 23 patients with ASD using Siemens SC2000 ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus. Shape, size, location, space location and relations with neighbors of defects were observed. Results sRT -3DE could display the panorama of ASD from different angles, including the general shape, location, size and residual end with the peripheral tissues and the relations with neighbors. Conclusion Compared with 2DE, sRT - 3DE can provide stereoscopic views of ASD, helping the surgery operator better understand the ASD anatomical structure and choose reasonable space of treatments. It has good clinical value.关键词
