不同举办主体的社区卫生服务机构护士满意度的比较研究
Comparative Study of Nurse′s Satisfaction in Community Health Service Institutions Affiliated to Different Agencies

Abstract
Objective To know the satisfaction of nurses in community health service ( CHS ) institutions affiliated to different agencies. Methods Totally 135 nurses of CHS institutions held by different agencies were recruited randomly. A self - designed questionnaire survey was undertaken among them about their general conditions, working time, working load, participation in training and their satisfaction. Results The nurse's satisfaction rates in CHS institutions held by hospital, government, individual were 25. 0% , 63. 3% , and 82. 1% respectively. The nurses of CHS institutions held by hospital considered their working time to be the least, and their opportunity of training to be the most; while the nurses of CHS institutions held by individual held that their working load was the most appropriate. Conclusion CHS institutions affiliated to hospital or government should give more support and increase funds for nurses in order to improve their satisfaction.关键词
