河南省新乡地区农村居民超重与肥胖的分布特征调查
Characteristic Distribution of Overweight and Obesity among Rural Residents in Xinxiang City of Henan Province
摘要
Abstract
Objective To examine the distribution of overweight and obesity among rural residents in Xinxiang city of Henan province. Methods The cluster random sampling was conducted to select 665 rural residents aged 18 ~65 years in Xinxiang city of Henan province. The detection rates of overweight and obesity were analyzed and described among different characteristic groups. Chi - square test was used, and all data analyses were performed by using SPSS 13. 0 software. Results The detection rate was 45. 42% for overweight and 17. 74% for obesity. The detection rates of obesity in the rural residents increased with the increasing age, waist circumference, blood pressure and hyperglycemia, but decreased with the increasing educational level. The detection rates of overweight increased with the increasing age, waist circumference, blood pressure and triglyceride. Conclusion The condition of overweight or/and obesity in rural residents is serious, and the distribution has a certain rule. The stress for health management and prevention and control of overweight and obesity should be put on population of the middle - old aged, those with primary or middle school education, those whose waist circumference is larger than the critical, and those who have impaired fasting glucose ( IFG ) or who are diabetic, those whose blood pressure is in high threshold or who are hypertensive , and those whose blood fat is in high threshold or who are hyperlipidemic.关键词
