社区产褥期妇女中医药综合保健管理模式的探讨
Exploration of Comprehensive Health Care Model with the Traditional Chinese Medicine for Puerperal Women in Community

Abstract
Objective To explore a comprehensive model of traditional Chinese medicine ( TCM ) health care with individualized appropriate skills for puerperal women in community. Methods Totally 200 puerperal women were divided into the two groups according to the residential district from October 2010 to September 2011, with 100 in each group. The subjects in the control group were given conventional health care, and those in the trial group were additionally given comprehensive health care with TCM. The recovery condition of the uterus was assessed by B - ultrasonography, and the depression was evaluated by using Hamilton Depression Scale ( HDS ). Results After the treatment the reduction of uterus was ( 24. 14 ± 11. 01 ) mm in the trial group, and ( 14. 37 ± 8. 53 ) mm in the control group, with a significant difference ( t = - 7. 013 , P < 0. 001 ). The decrease of HDS score was ( 1. 52 ±0. 97 ) in the trial group, and ( 0. 17 ± 1. 16 ) in the control group, also with a significant difference ( t = - 8. 953, P < 0. 001 ). Conclusion The TCM comprehensive health care model can effectively promote the physical recovery for puerperal women in community, and it is simple, effective, and safety, being worthy of population in community.关键词
