Abstract
After reviewing literature on the intensive lipid - lowering therapy with statins, this article compares the different meanings of this therapy and evaluates its safety - related evidences. Although some new concerns emerges in recent years, its benefits remain impressive. A better understanding of the safety of this therapy will increase the safety of its clinical application.关键词
