急性肺栓塞溶栓前后的超声心动图右心功能指标变化
Changes of Right Heart Function Indexes on Ultrasound Cardiography after Thrombolytic Therapy for Acute Pulmonary Embolism
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the thrombolytic effect by observing the changes of right heart function indexes on ultrasound cardiography after thrombolytic therapy for patients with acute pulmonary embolism. Methods 260 acute pulmonary embolism patients were collected to accept thrombolytic therapy. Ultrasonic cardiography graph examination indexes were observed, including RVED, RVDD, RADD, RVAWT, PAD and TRPG, 24 hours after the thrombolytic therapy. Results After thrombdytic therapy, RVED, RVDD, RVAWT and TRPG were decreased obviously and the differences were significant ( P <0. 05 ), while no significant difference was found in RADD ( P >0. 05 ). Conclusion Ultrasonic cardiography plays an important role in the evaluation of thrombolytic effect on the right heart function of acute pulmonary embolism patients, which demonstrates that thrombolytic therapy can improve right ventricular function of patients with acute pulmonary embolism.关键词
